Blu Spero ships anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
We offer free sure post shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more within the Contiguous U.S.
We charge a $10.00 flat rate for all orders under $150.00.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.
Once your order is placed please allow up to 2 business days for the order to be shipped out. Once shipped, please allow anywhere from 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order we are not able to edit the shipping address. If you put the wrong address and the item gets shipped back to us, we will email you an invoice for $10.00 to cover the cost of shipping again and ask for an updated address.
Order Shipping and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order. To track your order, please use the tracking line provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Blu Spero is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Once the package has been delivered to your location we are not responsible for any damages that may occur.
Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you receive your item damaged and we will start a claim with Fed Ex. If your package says "lost in transit" after 15 days please reach out to us. Please note: we can not refund the order until the claim is complete.
If your package shows it was “delivered” and you did not receive it please contact Fed Ex or file a claim with Fed Ex. To file a claim please visit Fed Ex Claims.
