ONLINE RETURN POLICY

DON’T LOVE YOUR ITEM?                                                                               

We hope you love everything you select from our store, but if something isn’t quite right please follow the directions below to process a return. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT (E- Gift card) within 14 days of the order shipped date. The return must be postmarked within the 14-day period. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

  • Start your return process by clicking the RETURN PORTAL HERE.
  • The cost of return shipping is $10.00 for any number of items . It will be deducted from your store STORE CREDIT. (Lily and Park E-Gift card)
  • Once we receive your return in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, we will refund the purchase amount minus the $10.00 cost for shipping to a Lily and Park E-Gift Card that will be sent to the email provided on the order.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Lily and Park gladly accepts the return of products that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition within 14 days of the order shipped date.

A $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from all e-gift cards for the cost of shipping. Only items eligible for return will be accepted. If you send back an item that is not eligible for return we will invoice you $10.00 to ship the item back to you. Please review our list of items that ARE NOT eligible for return.

We only offer store credit for returns. We DO NOT issue refunds back to the original form of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping. A $10.00 fee will also be deducted for the cost of shipping the return back to us.

If you would like to exchange an item, the best way to ensure you get the size wanted is by returning the item that you have and then placing a new order for the size that you want.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Swimwear- All returned swimwear must be in “as-received” condition with tags and panty liners still in place. If the item is damaged or worn, it will be returned to the customer.

Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Shoes must also be in the original box in order to be eligible for return.

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact customerservice@bluspero.com as soon as possible.

Online orders can be returned back to our warehouse or to any of our retail locations. You can return an online purchase to a store for an in-store gift card. Merchandise purchased in store cannot be returned to our website.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

FINAL SALE items include: Bodysuits, jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, belts, sticky bras, nipple covers and lingerie tape are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.

SALE ITEMS from our SALE COLLECTION are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchanges

Our ‘DEAL OF THE DAY merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 All items purchased during a 40% off promo will be FINAL SALE

Gift cards:

Blu Spero In-Store gift cards cannot be used online or vice versa. If you have a gift card that you would like to switch over please email us at customerservice@bluspero.com and we would be happy to help!

PROMOS:

Promotions are only applicable to items that are full priced. Items in our sale tab cannot be combined with any promotional discounts. 

In-Store Pickup:

We're excited to now offer in-store pickup for our Baton Rouge, LA customers! Please allow 2 business days processing time for pickup orders. All pickup orders are offered at 11880 Boylan Avenue. Customers have 14 days from fulfillment date to pick up their order. Orders that are not picked up within the 14 day time frame will automatically be returned into our system, and an online store credit will be issued for the amount of the order.

  

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We are so thankful you have chosen to shop with Lily and Park this holiday season, and we hope you love your item. However, if there is a problem you may return the item for exchange or store credit. Once we receive your item in its original and unworn condition, you will receive an E-gift card for the purchase price.

Purchases made between November 21st and December 25th are eligible for our holiday return policy. All returns must be post marked by January 10th.

All merchandise purchased through the online store can be shipped back to our distribution location or returned to one of our store locations.
