How Long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days from the date it was placed. Once shipped: Standard Shipping takes 3-5 Business Days
What is your return policy?
Only full priced items are valid for exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving item. Items purchased on sale or using a promo code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the quick and easy steps below;
- Give us your Feedback! Please tell us the reason you’re returning by filling out return card you had received with your item.
- Use the Free return label that comes with your order
- Package back in the poly package given. If poly package damage, before sending off go to your local UPS store to repackage your item.
- Send it off; we’ll do the rest!
How long will it be fore I get a refund?
Refunds post 2-3 Business Days once we receive the return. A confirmation email will be sent once we initiate the return.
How do I exchange an item?
We offer free shipping on exchanges! To receive an exchange, just fill out the card attached to the return label in your package and send it our way.
Can I return my purchase from bluspero.com to one of the retail store locations?
At this time, merchandise cannot be returned to the stores and vice versa. Merchandise purchased in-store cannot be returned to our website.
Can I use more than one Promo code on an order?
Multiple Promo Codes cannot be used within the same order

Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. To track your order, simply used the UPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Do you restock items?
Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. You may also contact your local store to check availability.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
In order to insure all of customers receive their order in a timely manner, changes and/ or cancellations are not allowed.
When will my order ship?
Items will be shipped out within 1 or 2 working days.
How do I check my order status?
Confirmations are sent via email when your order has been placed. Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Do you have any measuring tips?
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finder between the measuring tape and your body.
With your feet approximately 6” apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.
Measure from the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
How do I know what size to order?
