Where do you ship to?
Lily and Park ships anywhere in the contiguous US.
Do you offer free shipping?
We provide free standard shipping on orders over $100. All order under $100.00 will be charged a $10.00 shipping fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days from the date it was placed. Once shipped: Standard Shipping takes 7-10 Business Days
How do I check my order status?
Confirmations are sent via email when your order has been placed. Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How do I return an item?
Please refer to our Return Policy page and follow the steps to create a label through our Return Portal. Please make sure your items are eligible for return.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 2-3 Business Days, once we receive the return, for your E-gift card to be issued. A confirmation email with your e-credit will be sent once it is processed.
Can I return jewelry/accessories?
Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Ordering
Can I use more than one Promo code on an order?
Multiple Promo Codes cannot be used within the same order
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To ensure our customers receive the correct items within an efficient time frame, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 2 business days after order is placed.

Unfortunately, our styles are unique and come in limited quantities. Please reach out to customerservice@bluspero.com if you have any questions about an item.
Gift Cards
Why is my gift card not working online?
At this time our in-store gift cards cannot be used online and vice versa.
**If you have an in- store gift card and would like it to be changed to an online gift card, please email a picture of the back of the card to customerservice@bluspero.com

Size Guide
Do you have any measuring tips?
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
BUST
With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finder between the measuring tape and your body.
HIPS
With your feet approximately 6” apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.
INSEAM
Measure from the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
How do I know what size to order?
Write down your measurement numbers and keep them handy. Please refer to the product description for more accurate size guidance.
